My work is rooted in a deep respect for the physiology of birth, the wisdom of the birthing body, and the sacred transition into motherhood.
Through Birth by God’s Design, Birthing While Black, physiological birth education, and intentional postpartum care, I equip women with knowledge, practical tools, and compassionate support to navigate their birth experiences and prepare for the journey beyond.
I believe women deserve to understand their bodies, participate in decisions about their care, and receive nutria support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Because caring for mothers should never end with the baby arrives.
